Dear WBCC members,

The WBCC Auction is restricted to WBCC Members only.

The WBCC has not seen any of the lots offered for sale and thus cannot comment on the items.
The purchase contract is strictly between the buyer and seller with the WBCC only the medium of contact.

Bidders
Please email your bids to Rod Sell with details of the Seller & lot number, your bid amount and your name.
As soon as possible the bid page will be updated with your bid.
All values listed - reserves and bids are in US$. For settlement members can make their own currency arrangements.
The Auction will close at the time listed in the auction, Sydney time when the page will be updated and an Auction Closed notice will be posted at the top of the page.
At the close of the Auction it is up to the buyer and seller to make contact and close the deal.
The WBCC is only the means of making the contact between buying and selling Members.
Due to space limitations images of lots will only be maintained for a limited time.  Buyers should make a copy if they wish a record.

Sellers
A new Auction will commence each week with details of the lots on offer in the weekly newsmail.
Those members wishing to place items in the auction should email the details to Rod Sell .
There is a limit of 20 lots per auction.  Members will be listed in the order their first item is received.
The minimum reserve on each lot is US$1.  If you feel your item has a lower value please combine it with another bi-metallic. Lots are restricted to Bi-metallics and Tri-metallics only.  This includes encased and inlay items.
The details should include the Bi-metallic or Tri-metallic for sale. Country, denomination, condition( unless there is a scan) and reserve.  If possible a scan of the coin should also be sent.  The lots will be listed by member in the order they are received with the members email for contact at the end of the Auction.  Large scans will be reduced in size.
Lots received after 10 PM Friday night Sydney time, before the next day's Auction, will be entered in the following auction.
The purpose of the Auction is mainly for Members entertainment and as such members are requested to place realistic reserves.
