2. Worldwide Bi-metallic Collectors Club Bi-metallic medallion.... by Jack Helper, WBCC Development Centre
A Bi-metallic medallion has been designed and produced to honor the publication of the Worldwide Bi-metallic Collectors Club Newsmail 1000th Edition.

One hundred of these medallions will be minted by the Penny Press Mint, the President of which is also a member of the WBCC. 
The medallion will feature a brass center showing the WBCC logo on one side and a newly designed legend on the other side that acknowledges the 1000
continuously issued Newsmails.  Specimens of this medallion will be available directly from the minter at a cost of 7.50 US$ including shipping.

6. Bi-metallic 20 Dollar 2015 from Taiwan.....by Frans Dubois, The Netherlands
Taiwan issued a BU set with the 2015 coins.  In this set is the Bi-metallic 20 dollar 2015. This Bi-metallic is only available from the BU set.


7. Bi-metallic 500 Yen 2016 from Japan......by  Jacek Stacel, Poland
Within the "Prefectures of Japan" series, have been submitted by the "Japan Mint" final two pieces of the series, you spend at Fukushima and Tokyo. These bimetallic
coins of 500 yen will be issued in mid-2016, completing the 47 that comprise the series begun in 2008 to mark the 60th anniversary of the Local Autonomy Law

The coin features an image of the Soma-NOMAOI Festival held in the cities of Soma and Minamisoma (including the ancient city Odaka), this is one of the most
popular festivals in the prefecture of Fukushima. During the festival, more than 500 people mounted horses with traditional Japanese samurai armor, galloping at
full speed, in the recreation of a splendid and heroic spectacle.

The coin depicts the Tokyo Station Marunouchi Building. This station building designed by Kingo Tatsuno, was completed in 1914. The interior and domed roofs
of their north and south were burned in 1945 because of the war. Fue designado como bien cultural nacional en 2003, y restaurado a su aspecto original en 2012.
It was designated as a national cultural property in 2003 and restored to its original appearance in 2012.

Kasimov was honored when Russia issued a Bi-metallic 10 Roubles in 2003.  The city Coat of Arms and a mosque are shown below. 
This modest city of  34,000 population has become an industrial center in the region.

WBCC Quiz Game Prize
A Bi-metallic prize will be awarded each month. The player who has the most correct answers in a month will be the winner. 
If there is a tie, a random drawing will be conducted to select a winner.  The October prize is a Bi-metallic 2 Dollars of Canada or other suitable coin.
