The Coahuila Coat of Arms appears on the Mexican 2005 Bi-Metallic 100 Pesos.  The CoA lower segment shows a forest of walnut trees with a river flowing by. 
The former capital of Coahuila is located on the banks of this river.  Name the river and the old capital

WBCC Quiz Game Prize

A Bi-metallic prize will be awarded each month. The player who has the most correct answers in a month will be the winner. 
If there is a tie, a random drawing will be conducted to select a winner.  The December prize is a Bi-metallic 2 Dollars of Canada or other suitable coin.

There is an architectural structure in the southern hemisphere that is featured on a circulating Bi-metallic coin of a country in the northern hemisphere. 
Name the structure and the coin on which it is featured.
The structure is the Sydney Opera House in Australia. 
The coin is the Bi-metallic Portuguese 200 Escudos dated 2000 that honors the Olympic Games.
There were only two players in this game.  The winner is Hans Bucek, WBCC member #66.
