In 2008, Japan began issuing Bi-metallic 500 Yen coins recognizing the 47 Prefectures. One of the Prefectures is referred to as a ‘Do’.
Name this Prefecture and the year when the coin was released.

WBCC Quiz Game Prize
A Bi-metallic prize will be awarded each month. The player who has the most correct answers in a month will be the winner.
If there is a tie, a random drawing will be conducted to select a winner.
The December prize is a Bi-metallic 2 Dollars of Canada or other suitable coin.

Answer: Monclova River. The old capital was San Francisco of Coahuila later renamed Monclova or Santiago de le Monclova.

The structure is the Sydney Opera House in Australia.
The coin is the Bi-metallic Portuguese 200 Escudos dated 2000 that honors the Olympic Games.
