3. Bi-metallic Quiz Game 1022….…by Jack Hepler, USA
The Nara Prefecture Bi-metallic 500 yen coin shows a ship that transported the Japanese Envoy to China during the Tang Dynasty.
The design was taken from scrolls showing the history of Ganjin, a Chinese monk who brought Buddhism to Japan.
Ganjin opened the Toshodaijin Temple.
What is the ship’s name?

WBCC Quiz Game Prize
A Bi-metallic prize will be awarded each month. The player who has the most correct answers in a month will be the winner.
If there is a tie, a random drawing will be conducted to select a winner. The March prize is a Bi-metallic 2 Euro of Germany or some other suitable coin.

The structure is the Sydney Opera House in Australia.
The coin is the Bi-metallic Portuguese 200 Escudos dated 2000 that honors the Olympic Games.
