1. Meeting WBCC member in Martin Peeters, The Netherlands
Last wednesday I was in Porto. I met Joaquim Sabino. Here a picture to proof it. Standing in front of my mobile home holding a Certificate Of Appreciation

 We had a nice dinner and I visited Joaquim's home and saw his large mini Peugeot collection

3. Bi-metallic 2 Euro 2016 from Malta (2) Martin Peeters, The Netherlands
The winning design of the Bi-metallic 2 Euro 2016 from Malta which belongs to the high school student Sarah Cilia, which has seen other students throughout
the state of Malta voted overwhelmingly for his creation.

This coin will be minted by the Monnaie de Paris, the issuance of 350,000 units, of which 30,000 will come presented in Coincard is planned. The expected
entry into and sale date will be during the month of November.

4. Bi-metallic 2 Euro 2016 from Greece..... by Martin Peeters, The Netherlands
Finally just made public the numismatic program of Greece for this 2016, and as always we will highlight the reasons that will be dedicated both 2-euro coins memorial,
which will have the same volume of issuance, 742,500 pieces each They will be minted. As the dates for putting them into circulation, nothing has transpired yet.

Spain is going to issue a Bi-metallic 2 Euro 2017 commemorate UNESCO world heritage series for the Monuments of Oviedo and the Kingdom of the Asturias.

The Bi-metallic 500 Yen coin issued to represent the Prefecture of Kochi shows an image of one of the many famous people of Kochi.  He lived between 1836
and 1867.  He proposed the introduction of a new monetary system as Western countries.  He was a leader of the movement to overthrow the Tokugawa Shogunate
during the Baku Matsu period.  What is the name of this person?

If there is a tie, a random drawing will be conducted to select a winner.  The March prize is a Bi-metallic 2 Dollars of Canada or other suitable coin.
