1. Bi-metallic 2 Euro 2017 from Slovakia.....by Martin Peeters, The Netherlands
A Bi-metallic 2 Euro 2017 from Slovakia commemorate the 550th anniversary of the University Istropolitana.

--Remark Jack Hepler: The Universitas Istropolitana was the first university to be founded in the territory of present-day Slovakia. Despite its brief existence
(1467–1491), it features prominently in Slovak history.
The word "Istropolitana" is taken from the ancient Greek name for Bratislava, Istropolis, which means "Danube City".
It was founded in 1465 in Hungary by Pope Paul II on the request of King Matthias Corvinus. Many well-known lecturers from Austria, Italy and elsewhere
taught at the school, The University ceased to exist around 1490 after the death of Matthias Corvinus.


2. Bi-metallic 1 Lira 2016 from Turkey....by Martin Peeters, The Netherlands
Since 2009 Turkey are being issuing a series of Bi-metallic coins with a face value of 1 Lira devoted to animals. Animals that have been represented in the
two currencies this year 2016 show a gerbil and a dormouse, and are numbers 19 and 20 in the series.

Diameter:  26.15 mm
Weight:  8.3 g
Issuing volume:  20,000 each

The Bi-metallic 500 Yen issued to represent the Prefecture of Aichi shows an image of the ‘Rabbit Ear Iris’ and the Prefecture Government Offices,
noted for combining a Japanese Edo era castle-like roof on a western style building.  What castle was the model for this roof?

WBCC Quiz Game Prize
A Bi-metallic prize will be awarded each month. The player who has the most correct answers in a month will be the winner. 
If there is a tie, a random drawing will be conducted to select a winner.  The April prize is a Bi-metallic 2 Dollars of Canada or other suitable coin.
