Dear WBCC members and non WBCC members,

Welcome into the World of Bi-, Tri- and Tetra-metallics. I hope you enjoy reading this week's issue of the WBCC Newsmail.

1. 20th Anniversary of the Frans Dubois, WBCC Docu Centre
It is about 34 years ago that the first Bi-metallic circulation coins were issued in Europe. These new coins, first in Italy, later in France, were a kind
of revolution in the world of coins. They are a nice appearance among all coins.
For that reason some collectors started to collect these coins. More and more countries decided to issue these coins and in 1996 Martin and me
met for the first time to change coins and information.
This was the start for what we now knew as the WBCC.
From the moment we used the internet the WBCC grew with members all over the world. Most important goal was to share information and make
contacts in many countries.
After 20 years the knowledge about Bi-metallic coins is enormous, thanks to the WBCC.
The WBCC is a well know collectors club and is still growing, just like the number of countries that issue these attractive coins.
Let’s continue with the WBCC to the next anniversary!

8. WBCC Encased World Rod Sell, Australia
The WBCC website is very large, with many links.
Amongst the many pages, is one for the WBCC Encased World Coins. In 2002 when the Euro Bi-metallic started, the WBCC encased them,
with the exception of the Vatican Bi-metallics, which were too expensive to encase.
We then started encasing the world coins, with the plan of encasing one coins from each country around the world.
These coins were encased for members to purchase, and only a very small number were produced against orders received.
The coins encased, can be seen at
