One of the main features of the Government and the Bank of Estonia is to involve citizens in all that concerns numismatic culture.
The last thing I have known, is the call for a design competition among the country's youth (up to 19 years), which will image
displayed in the Bi-metallic 2 Euro coin commemorative of 2019 dedicated to the "150th anniversary of the Festival of Song Estonia
