2. Bi-metallic 2 Ruble 2018 from Belarus…by Martin Peeters, The Netherlands
On December 28, the Belarus National Bank issued commemorative Bi-metallic 2 Rouble 2018 of the series “Architectural Heritage of Belarus”,
which are legal means of payment in Belarus
These Bi-metallic 2 Ruble are made of steel, coated with copper and brass (ring), steel, covered with copper and nickel (middle)






The Bi-metallicsof the series “Architectural Heritage of Belarus” include the “Mir Castle”, “Radzivіl Castle. Nyasvizh”,
“Rumyantsavy and Paskevichi Castle. Homiel”, “Kamyanets Tower”, “Mikola Church. Mahiliou”,” Safiya Church. Polatsk” came in an edition of 25,000 pieces.

Between the years 2009 to 2016 in Turkey a series of 20 Bi-metallics type dedicated to all kinds of animals were issued.
The Bi-metallics had the face value of 1 Turkish lira

Face value:  1 Kuru
Metal:  Copper nickel
Diameter:  32 mm
Weight:  12 g 
Issue volume:  16,000 each
