Like Germany, France will issue a Bi-metallic 2 Euro 2019 commemorate on the Fall of the Berlin Wall

Is this final design for the Bi-metallic 2 Euro 2019 from Vatican City commemorate 90th Ann. of  founding of Vatican?

4. Bi-metallic new 10 and 20 Rupees from India….By Frans Dubois, The Netherlands
 The Finance Ministry from India announced the new coin series which includes the launch of a Bi-metallic 20 Rupee 2019 for general circulation

10 rupees:
 Ring: Nickel Brass: copper 75 %,  zinc 20%,  nickel  5%
 Center: Nickel-silver: copper 65%, zinc15%,  nickel 20%
20 Rupees:
 Ring: Nickel-Silver: copper 65%, zinc15%,  nickel 20%
 Center: Nickel Brass: copper 75 %,  zinc 20%,   nickel  5%
The obverse of the coins will be having Ashoka Lion Capitol, Satyamev Jayate, Bharat and India where on the reverse, Grains depicting agriculture
dominance with denomination in numerals, in Hindi and English with date mentioned below

5. Bi-metallic 1 pound 2018 variety from Egypt…….by Frans Dubois, The Netherlands
There are two variety’s of this Bi-metallic 1 pound. 2018 from Egypt. One has bigger date then the one with thin letters.
