1. Bi-metallic 2 Euro 2019 from Latvia….by Martin Peeters, The Netherlands
September 17, the Bank of Latvia has proceeded to the issuance and circulation of a Bi-metallic 2 Euro 2019  commemorative under the name
of "The Rising Sun" dedicated to the history of the Coat of Arms of Latvia

At the same time, this coin also pays tribute to the artistic contribution of Ansis Cīrulis (1883-1942) who in 1915 created the symbol of the Rising
Sun which today represents an entire nation.
The volume of issuance of the commemorative 2-euro coin 'The Rising Sun' is 300,000 pieces distributed in rolls and 7,000 in coincard as BU,
the latter put up for sale by the Bank of Latvia own at a price of 7.90 €

3. Bi-metallic 2 Euro 2020 from Slovenia…..by Pabitra Saha, UK
Bank of Slovenia held a design competition to select one coin on its commemorative 2-euro coin 2020 dedicated to the "500th anniversary of the birth
of Adam Bohorič" linguist and educator, author of the first Slovenian grammar. The contest a total of 29 designs in yesterday presented both the winner
sketch made public as the other two were finalists and we will see below.
