I could read in:
The Governor of the central bank, Dr Ernest Yedu Addison, has announced the introduction of a Bi-metallic 2 Cedis 2019 to the country’s currency denomination.

3. Bi-metallic 10 Rouble 2020 from Russia………….Jacek Stącel, Poland
The Bank of Russia issued on November 29, 2019 a Bi-metallic 10 Roubles to celebrate: "The 75th anniversary of the Victory
of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945"

5. Bi-metallic 2 Euro 2019 from Luxembourg…by Martin Peeters, The Netherlands
This week December 5 the Central Bank of Luxembourg has issued commemorative Bi-metallic 2 Euro 2019 dedicated to the
"Centenary of universal suffrage in Luxembourg" in rolls of 25 coins in UNC quality. This is the most economical version in which
we acquire, if not we import the different combinations of mintmarks that the piece comes in different presentations.

The design shows, on the left, His Royal Highness Grand Duke Henri and the, right, appears a hand inserting a ballot in a box. The name
of the issuing state "LUXEMBOURG" appears on the bottom. At the top, the inscription "Centenaire du suffrage universel"
(centenary of universal suffrage) and below reads the years "1919-2019", the latter of which refers to the year of issue.
In the circular crown of the coin depicts the twelve stars of the European flag. CECA different brands that can be found

The total volume of emission is 308,500 coins, divided and emitted as follows:
300,000 pieces issued this December 5 in rolls of 25 coins feature the mint marks "Lion Rampant crowned with double tail" and
"Caduceus of Mercury," as you can see in the picture above where it says "Coins UNC" .
7,500 pieces as BU were issued last October presented in coincard with mint marks following: 'St Servatius Bridge in Maastricht "
and" Caduceus of Mercury. " See picture above "Coins BU".
1,000 pieces as Proof also been issued today within the euroset Proof 2019, along with other currencies circulating this year, including
other 2-euro coin commemorating the "Centenary of the ascension to the throne of Grand Duchess Charlotte ". CECA brands are:
"Lion Rampant crowned with double tail" and "St Servatius Bridge in Maastricht." See picture above "Coins" BE ".
