2. Bi-metallic tokens.............by Cliff Anderson, USA
When you take a look in the WBCC Homepage
(http://www.geocities.com/RodeoDrive/7513/wbcc/wbcc.html) you will see the
two following described Bi-metallic tokens:
a. A Quebec Bi-metallic Transportation Token, found at the ANA. The vendor
said he didn't know any special source for any more Bi-metallic Canadian
transportation tokens.
b. A Pepsi Bi-metallic Token dated 1992, found on
ebay, though it wasn't
marked "Bi-metallic". Since the one side reads "Sin
Valor" is in Spanish, it
may only be available through whoever handles Pepsi
overseas. Pepsi US
headquarters says they didn't issue the 1992 Bi-metallic
token, but they are
researching it through their international offices.
