1. Bi-metallic 10 Sheqalim 1999...by Martin Peeters, Netherlands

According the Israel Government Coins and Medals Corporation Ltd, Israel has
issued a 1999 (JE 5760) set with the Hanukka Lamp, called "Jerusalem in
Art". This set has also the Bi-metallic 10 Sheqalim in it and the set is
available in an Album (32 US$) and in plastic case (24 US$) Order address:

2. Tri-metallic Restrike Edward VIII 1936..by Martin Peeters, Netherlands

This week I visited the International Coinshow in the city Tienen, Belgium.
At this coinshow I met an UK coindealer who had some Tri-metallic Restrikes
of the Edward VIII 1936. The original Edward VIII 1936 is listed in Unusual
World Coin, page 20 as:

Struck by John Pinches, London, England
Gilt Bronze
XM1, 1936

Once again I'm off to coin show, this time in Baltimore Maryland if any of

5. Coin World article...by Martin Peeters, Netherlands

In Coin World's issue of November 8th 1999 there was a full page article
about Encased Coins. The article tells the complete story of Encased Coins.
Writer Bryan Ryker is also the author of Frederick Earl Fankhauser, "The
Penny Man". his life and work with Encased Coins. The article is based on
this book. Great work Bryan !!
