Now available the official WBCC "Certificate of membership" for each WBCC members. The certificate is printed on white paper, 210 x 299 mm, and it will be laminated. 3. The WBCC Bi-metallic Quiz Game #314 ... by Jack Hepler, USA

The Cook Islands was one of seven countries that celebrated the British Queen Motherís 100th birthday with the issue of a Bi-metallic coin. The coin issued was a Five Dollar specimen, dated 2000, and has a unique design image. Along with several other countries, the Cook Islands consider the Queen of England to be their Head of State but remain autonomous when it comes to governing internal affairs. New Zealand is responsible for the external affairs of the Cook Islands. What is the unique feature of this Bi-metallic design?
