This is the fourth Pre-report of my attending to the World Money Fair in Basel in 2 weeks time. The programm looks at follows:

I thank all WBCC members who did contact me. As been difficult to find a buyer for the whole collections, excepting my US encased 1 cent. My thanks for our companion Mr. Rod Sell. I am now acepting want-lists for my coins. 5. Bi-metallic Swiss 5 Frank 2003 Proof ... by Massimiliano Aiello

Only to inform you that also this year Swiss Mint will struck 700 pieces in ESSAI-PROVA of the Bimetallic 5 FR. 2003 coin. The 2003 5 FR. "Chalandamarz" will be the third Essai bimetallic coin after the 1999 5 FR. "Fete de Vignerons" and the 2002 5 FR. "Escalade".

I found in "The Fare Box" of December 2002 information about another 2 New Bimetallic Car Wash tokens of USA:
