3. Bi-metallic Fantasy Euro's from Vatican Jose Ramirez, Spain
I have obtained a set of eight eur fantasy coins. The coins are dated 2005, but the first time that I have seen on Ebay was this year. Maybe the mint have minted it when the last pope was died.
4. Bi-metallic Canadian Cliff Anderson, USA
Here are images of two of the latest issues of Canadian Municipal Trade Tokens from Bonavita.
For the benefit of WBCC members who may not have heard of Bonavita, this may be of interest. Bonavita is a Canadian firm that has manufactured tokens for a number of years, mostly commemorative pieces for towns and cities. Obviously they called "municipal trade tokens".
I hasten to add that I am not connected with Bonavita and as only speaking as a very satisfied customer.
Because some of these Bonavita MTT pieces are Bi-metallic, several WBCC members have started to collect these tokens. These tokens have covered a vast variety of subjects and are always interesting.  Most of the communities represented are small enough that they are mostly unknown, rural and remote. Often they can be "quirky", featuring such things as annual bathtub races, high school football, or as seen in this example, rock music and "muscle" cars.
Members can contact Bonavita to request a list of current offerings by contacting:  Bonavita, Box 11447, Station H, Nepean, ON K2H 7V1, Canada, phone 613 823-3844, fax 613 825-3092, or email They accept credit cards and Paypal.
