1. Bi-metallic 5 Hryven 2006 from Michael Ayrapetov, USA
On December 22, 2006 the National Bank of Ukraine will put in circulation new bimetallic coin 5 Hryven "CYMBALS" in series "Folk Musical Instruments". The images of both sides of coin and English text can be see at:
2. Bi-metallic Fantasy Euro's from Vatican Jose Luis Ramirez, Spain
I have obtained euro fantasy Bi-metallic Euro from Vatican City. The obverses are diferent from the coins dated 2006, these fantasy coins are dated 2007. The reverses are the same that were used in the Specimen Euro.
3. Bi-metallic Fantasy Euro's from various Jose Luis Ramirez, Spain
I have got these fantasy Bi-metallic Euros. All the coins have a value of 2 Euros and have a common side.
They are not dated but were minted in 2006.

4. Bi-metallic Coca Cola token from Jose Luis Ramirez, Spain
I have obtained these Coca Cola tokens. One of them is from Ibirite (Minas Gerais), IB letters. I don't know from where is the other marked IN (or NI), the text is in portugese and maybe from Brasil too.

Answer to Bi-metallic Quiz Game question #539
Wheat is often incorporated into the design of coins. Corn is found in the design of a few coins and rice is also sometimes used. Which country incorporated all three grains into the design of a Bi-metallic coin that honored the World Food Program?

b.  China
c.  Italy
d.  Colombia
The correct answer for question #539 is c; Italy.

6. WBCC Quiz Game Jack Hepler, USA
A Bi-metallic prize to be awarded to a member who correctly answers the WBCC Quiz Game this week. If more than one member gets the correct answer, a random drawing will be conducted to select a winner. There were 14 players in game #538 and the winner was Claudio Revello, WBCC member #207.

I would inform WBCC that Nigeria 2006 Bi-metallic 1+2 naira will be available from 3 January.
This is a pre-sale to take these coins at this special price. It will be possible price will increase in 2007 for these Bi-metallic coins. please inform all members. I can offer them these 2 coins for 9 euro + 4,5 euro registered mail to any country. We need only an E-mail ( ) and in January we will confirm purchase. After payment we will send coins after 2 days from payment. Paypal accepted. Money tranfer to Italian Bank Account available (IBAN) postepay ok for italian peoples.
