4. The WBCC Bi-metallic Quiz Game #569...by Jack Hepler, USA
Russia is issuing a Bi-metallic 10 Roubles in 2007 that features Lipetsk. Lipetsk is a city located in the Central Federal District of Russia. It is the administrative center of Lipetsk Oblast. It is located on the banks of the Voronezh River in the Don basin, 508 km southeast of Moscow, Population: 506,114 (2002 Census). Lipetsk was first mentioned in 13th century chronicles. Lipetsk is near iron ore deposits. The principal industries of Lipetsk include ferrous metallurgy, machinery, metalworking, machine tools, engines, chemicals, food, and clothing. Lipetsk is one of the oldest mud bath resorts in Russia (first opened in 1805)  What kind of tree is featured on the coin?

Answer to Bi-metallic Quiz Game question #568
Canada issued a Bi-metallic 2 Dollars in 2006 that featured the polar bear or Thalarctos maritimus. In one version of this coin, the bear is standing on only three legs. Which leg is elevated?
a.  Right front
b.  Left front
c.  Right rear
d.  Left rear
The correct answer for question #568 is b; Left front.

5. WBCC Quiz Game Prize...by Jack Hepler, USA
A Bi-metallic prize will be awarded to a member who correctly answers the WBCC Quiz Game this week. If more than one member gets the correct answer, a random drawing will be conducted to select a winner. There were 11 players in game #567 and the winner was Andrzej Kasprzycki, WBCC member #424.
