I have found this coin in Ebay. If you see it closely, you can see LL (Luck Luycx)and stars from one side, and the stars with lines of the german side of the euros.

9. Bi-metallic medal from Romania...by Martin Peeters, Netherlands
At The Woreld Money Fair in Berlin 3 weeks ago, I saw at the Romanian Mint a very special Bi-metallic medal in a folder. The folder was made for New Year 2007/8 and has a Bi-metallic in it.
  
10. Bi-metallic Quiz Game #602.......by Jack Hepler, USA
Venezuela issued a Bi-metallic 1000 Bolivares coin in 2005 and a similar 1 Bolivar coin in 2007. The major features on these two issues are the same. However, on the 2007 issue, an additional feature was added. What was that additional feature?
