In addition to Queen Elizabeth II, whose other face appears on the Bi-metallic 2001 Gibraltar 2 Pounds?  The correct answer to Bi-metallic Quiz Game question #714 is Britannia.

WBCC Quiz Game Prize
A Bi-metallic prize will be awarded for the correct answer. If more than one member gets the correct answer, a random drawing will be conducted to select a winner.  The Quiz Game #713 prize winner is John Veltmeyer, member #87. There were 11 players.

Some are only figureheads and some actually rule the nation. Name the Bi-metallic issuing countries that have a King.
