1. Bi-metallic off centre 1/2 Dinar 2006 from Jordan....by Frans Woons, Canada
Here images of an off-centre Bi-metallic Jordanian ½ Dinar piece. I think the coin is dated 1427 A.H. = 2006 A.D. but I’m not 100 % sure. The coin shows quite a bit of mechanical damage sustained after striking... The plug shows a slight clockwise rotation after striking.  See, e.g., the word JORDAN.

4. Bi-metallic Quiz Game #726..........by Jack Hepler, USA
This week continues the quiz series called, "Whose Face".
She was the Queen of the Amazons, a legendary tribe of women warriors. In a series of commemorative Bi-metallic coins, Gibraltar recognized the trials of Hercules, a tale of Greek heroics and heroes. One of these Bi-metallic Two-Pound coins (KM 763) shows Hercules getting the Queen's girdle, a waist belt that signified her authority as queen of the Amazons. The girdle was said to possess mystical powers. Whose face appears on this Bi-metallic Two Pounds of Gibraltar dated 2000?

5. WBCC Super Quiz #17...by Jack Hepler, USA

At least 39 African countries have issued Bi-metallic coins. Some are plentiful but some are very hard to find. There are commemoratives, pattern pieces and coins issued for circulation. Several countries have issued a Bi-metallic coin with the value of 10. Which of these African countries is/are landlocked?

Answer to WBCC June Super Quiz #16
When the Euro coins were launched in 2002, optional edge lettering was authorized. Most countries incorporated a series of designs for the edges including stars, country names, ornaments or value. Which country created Bi-metallic edge designs that were NOT country name, ornaments, value or stars? What was the inscription on the Bi-metallic 2 Euro of that country and what does it say in English?

The correct answer is in German: "EINIGKEIT UND RECHT UND FREIHEIT".
In English: "UNITY AND JUSTICE AND FREEDOM".
The June Super Quiz winner will be announced next week.
