You will not find this name on a Bi-metallic Five Pesos coin of Mexico. None the less, this was a patriot of Mexico. Who was Marcos Serrato? See this coin and others at the WBCC website: http://wbcc-online.com Please send your answer to: heplerj@juno.com

Answer to Bi-metallic Quiz Game question #756.

At the age of 29, this priest shocked his audience with a sermon questioning the apparitions of the Virgin of Guadalupe. Various circumstances led to his frequent imprisonment from which he escaped seven times. His travels took him to Spain, France, Italy, England and the United states. Though not a career politician or soldier, association with various Independence leaders has earned him a high place in Mexican history. Who was this Mexican patriot?

The correct answer to Bi-metallic Quiz Game question #756 is Francisco Xavier Mina.

WBCC Quiz Game Prize

A Bi-metallic prize will be awarded for the correct answer. If more than one member gets the correct answer, a random drawing will be conducted to select a winner.

The Quiz Game #755 prize winner will be announced following my return from the World Money Fair.
