7th Annual Joint Conference of Bituminous Coal Miners & Operators (held in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1904). Reverse have 4 seals of 4 States: Pennsylvenia, Ohaio, Indiana and Illinois. It is Brass with 4 Aluminum section. Diameter of medal is 38 mm, looped.
