I've not seen this coin before. I appears to be an encased penney with only the reverse showing. I assume it is just a marketing gimmick.

7. Bi-metallic Quiz Game #767…by Jack Hepler, USA

There is a monument in the Congress of Mexico of a Mexican physician and liberal politician. In 1879 he went to Paris where we studied medicine. In 1889 he returned to Mexico. He served as senator and gave a memorable speech in the Congress against the dictator Victoriano Huerta, for which he was murdered. His image may be found on a 2009 Bi-metallic 5 Pesos. Name this Mexican patriot.
