San Marino will issue a Bi-metallic 2 Euro 2011Circulation coin –Uncirculated- in a special presentation pack dedicated
to “the Holy Father Benedict XVI’s Pastoral Visit to San Marino”.
Composition: external part: copper-nickel; internal part in three layers: nickel-brass, nickel, nickelbrass,
Weight: gr. 8,50,
Diameter: mm. 25,75,
Colour: white-silver and yellow-gold -
Thickness: mm. 2,20
Edge: finely milled with incision (alternation of stars and pairs of the number 2 both upright and upside down)
Coinage: I.P.Z.S., Rome

2. Bi-metallic 2 euro 2011 from Monaco….by Max Aiello, Italy

Next June the new 2 euro commemorative coin will be issued for the wedding of Prince Albert and Miss Charlene Wittstock. 60.000 pieces in PP proof condition will be issued (strucked by Monnaie de Paris).
Nobody knows if it will be possible to buy this rare coin directly from Musee des Timbres et Monnaie, but many dealers are selling in advance it at € 345,00 / 395,00

On 2 May 2011 the Bulgarian National Bank releases in circulation a silver commemorative three-component coin ‘Gena Dimitrova’. It will be sold at the BNB cash desks for BGN 109, VAT included.
The new coin is the third of the series ‘Great Bulgarian Voices’ after the coins dedicated to Boris Hristov and Nikolay

This is Bolivia Central bank official issue - the third commemorative coin without denomination, series "Bicentenario of war for Liberty and Independance" - "Cochabamba".
Mintage - 7 000 pieces (ONLY, in capsule_BU, buklet), Mint of Chile_Casa de Moneda de Chile...
Coin weight: 15.00 gr
Diameter: 29.00 mm
Thickness: 2,00 mm
Metals (alloys): сentre - Nordic (an alloy of copper, aluminum and zinc), the ring - silver (Ag / 900)

7. Bi-metallic Quiz Game #769…by Jack Hepler, USA

This diminutive, bearded Mexican President and his vice president Pino Suárez were forced to resign their posts and while being transferred from the palace to prison were shot by their escort (Feb. 22, 1913). He was martyred and became a symbol for revolutionary unity against Huerta. He had achieved in death what he had been unable to do while alive. His image appears on a Bi-metallic 5 Pesos. Name this Mexican patriot.

Answer to Bi-metallic Quiz Game question #768

She was the only civilian woman in Mexico to ever receive a state funeral. She is known to the Mexican people as Benemerita y Dulcisima Madre de la Patria ("Sweet Mother of the Fatherland"). Her image appears on a Bi-metallic 5 Pesos. Name this Mexican patriot.
