Bi-metallic US Token..by Joseph Kocian, USA I found this 1925 US token at a flea market recently. It cost me $0.25 but I thought it rather interesting. The outer ring I think is brass and the inner plug has me baffled. I think it is silver (shines brightly) but it is soft. I thought it might be lead but it is too bright. The inscription on one side reads: 5 (cent symbol) Candy Coupon and there is a small design near the bottom. Appears to be a couple of arrows to the left and right of a "0". On the other side it reads: Candy Coupon 1925 and has an asterisk left and right and slightly above the date. Anyway..... maybe someone has some knowledge about it.
