The reverses are exactly the same, both with Mumbai Diamond Mint mark, but there are two obverses, one with high detail (right) and the other one with that soft detail of some of the latest Indian coins (left):

2. Bi-metallic in Ebay (1)….by Jose Ramirez, Spain
Look at these Bi-metallics.
Now these coins in silver ring and copper inner.
You can see in my webpage (in spanish) the other coins: silver/golden and golden/copper.
I think that the coins with the copper inner part are fake coins

3. Bi-metallic Quiz Game #770…by Jack Hepler, USA

After the liberation of Mexico from Spain, he was proclaimed President of the Regency in 1821 and Constitutional Emperor of the new nation, reigning as Emperor from 19 May 1822 to 19 March 1823, and he is credited as the original designer of the first Mexican flag. His image appears on a Bi-metallic 5 Pesos dated 2009. Who is this Mexican patriot?

Answer to Bi-metallic Quiz Game question #769
This diminutive, bearded Mexican President and his vice president Pino Suárez were forced to resign their posts and while being transferred from the palace to prison were shot by their escort (Feb. 22, 1913). His image appears on a Bi-metallic 5 Pesos.
Name this Mexican patriot.
