How did I know about the WBCC: I have been researching encased coins and bi-metallic coins on the internet as I build my website on encased coins. I found the WBCC website and decided that it was the kind of organization that I would enjoy joining. I have been acquainted with Ray Lockwood for over ten years and work closely with him in maintaining the Central States Numismatic Sociuety’s website www.centralstates.info .

7. Bi-metallic Quiz Game #773…by Jack Hepler, USA

He was an anarchist and found himself being put in prison several times for his inflammatory writings including Tierra y Libertad. His final sentence placed him in the US Federal Prison at Leavenworth due to his writings against World War I. He was charged with sedition and imprisoned under the US Espionage Act. He died in the Penitentiary four years later of natural causes. His image may be seen on a Bi-metallic 5 Pesos dated 2008. Name this Mexican patriot.
