1. WBCC 15th Anniversary……..by Martin Peeters, WBCC Focal Point
Next week, September 14th. the Worldwide Bi-metallic Collectors Club (WBCC) will celebrate it’s 15th Anniversary. The WBCC is the very first coinclub on the Internet. And after 15 years we still have an active webpage, a weekly send WBCC Newsmail, an updated World Of Bi-metallics Catalog, and attending National and International Coinshows.
So the WBCC is still young and active even after 15 years !!!

2. WBCC 15th Anniversary Token…by Jack Hepler, WBCC Development Centre
The Worldwide Bi-metallic Collector Club will be 15 years old on 14-9-2011. To honor this event, the Penny Press Mint in conjunction with the WBCC has produced a ringed Bi-metallic token. Actually the token is a Tri-metallic using a Penny Press Mint exclusive production process that has a brass core on one side and a copper core on the other side. These tokens will soon be available for purchase. The cost is Three Euro plus postage or for US members, Four Dollars plus postage.  If PayPal is used to pay for these pieces, please add 20 percent.  Requests for this token may be made to Jack Hepler via E-mail: heplerj@juno.com 

3. Bi-metallic Token Commemorate 9-11…by Jack Hepler, WBCC Development Centre
The Penny Press Mint has produced a token to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the infamous 9-11 attack on America.  Members wishing to obtain one of these medallions should contact the Penny Press Mint at pennypressmint@yahoo.com 

4. WBCC attending (Inter)National Coinshow….by Martin Peeters, WBCC Focal Point

Portugal launched the Bi-metallic 2 Euro 2011 today:
The mintage is 5,00,000.

8. Bi-metallic 2 Euro 2011 from Spain……… by Pabitra Saha, UK
Spain has released the design that will appear on the Bi-metallic 2 Euro commemorative coin 2012.
The Bi-metallic will feature the Burgos Cathedral. 8 million Bi-metallics will be minted and will be issued in March (01/03)

9. Bi-metallic 2 Euro 2011 from Vatican City……… by Pabitra Saha, UK
Vatican City Bi-metallic 2 Euro 2011 will be released on 18th October 2011

10. Bi-metallic 10 Shilling from Kenia….by Wolfgang Schuster, Austria
Kenya Bi-metallic 10 Shilling 2010 is a new type. the denomination numeral is much larger than on the previous issues of 2005 and 2010 

11. Bi-metallic Quiz Game #787…by Jack Hepler, USA
He was found dead in his prison cell on 4 October 1808.  Some say it was suicide, some say MURDER but it is not disputed that he died.  He was a certified New Spain lawyer but pictures of this man are very limited. The most frequently seen picture is reproduced on a Bi-metallic 2008 Five Pesos. Who is this Mexican Patriot?

Answer to Bi-metallic Quiz Game question #786
He addressed a joint session of the American Academy of Political and Social Science on Friday evening, November 10, 1916.  He was the Minister of Finance of Mexico and Chairman of the Mexican section of the American and Mexican Joint Commission. He was in the USA to petition President Wilson to cease an arms embargo that was badly affecting the Mexican Revolution.  He was successful and soon became a favorite of Mexican Leaders.  Who is this Mexican Patriot who appears on the 2009 Bi-metallic Five Pesos?

. Super Quiz #75…………by Jack Hepler, USA
Jersey issued a Bi-metallic Two Pounds coin in 1996 that shows the Coat of Arms of the 12 Parishes. The word “Saint” is not included in the name of two of the Parishes. Give the names of these two Parishes and state the location of the CoA's using the clock position. The 1 O’clock position will be the first location clockwise from the top of the coin.
