In addition to all of the other member nations, Finland issued a Bi-metallic 2 Euro coin in 2012 that commemorates
Ten Years of the Euro.  The designer of this coin was an Austrian named Helmut Andexlinger. 
Where on the coin may be found the designer’s initials, A.H.?

Finland issued a Bi-metallic 5 Euro coin in 2012 that commemorates the World Championship Hockey game. 
Two city names appear in the design of this coin.  Name the cities?
