Prime Minister of Thailand heads a separate government agency with missions to undertake and encourage research in
every branch of knowledge beneficial to the nation and the people; to maintain relations and to exchange knowledge and
information in all branches of knowledge with other learned institutes in Thailand and in other countries, and to give
instructions concerning academic matters to the Council of Ministers, public agencies, state enterprises and the general public. 
The agency was commemorated with a Bi-metallic 10 Baht coin in 2004.  Name this agency.

Eight “Bundesländer Series” Bi-metallic 2 Euro coin designs have been issued by Germany thus far. 
Each coin features a landmark.  Which two landmarks (of the eight) are the closest to each other?
To help players this suggestion is offered:

First, name the landmarks and locations, then look at a map to see which two landmarks are the closest.
For example: in Rheinland-Palatinate, the landmark is Porta Nigra located in Trier.
