The great King Rama V started a governmental agency called the Canals Department in 1902 (BE 2445). 
Under the Ministry of Agriculture, this department has evolved in popularity and function. 
One hundred years later, this ambitious program was honored with a Bi-metallic commemorative 10 Baht coin. 
What is the current name of the department that includes this program begun by King Rama V?

Each coin features a landmark.  Which two landmarks (of the eight) are the closest to each other?
To help players this suggestion is offered:

First, name the landmarks and locations, then look at a map to see which two landmarks are the closest.
For example: in Rheinland-Palatinate, the landmark is Porta Nigra located in Trier.
