The WBCC is planning to commemorate the 1000th WBCC Newsmail with an encased Bi-metallic coin dated 1996. 
The coin should have a diameter of approximately 23 mm.  Which coin would you like to see encased?"

Portugal has announced its 2014 plan. 2 Euro commemorates will be issued on 26 Apr (40 Year April 25) and 31 Oct.
(FAO Agriculture) both in Circulation, BU and Proof.

Finland 2nd Bi-metallic 2 Euro 2013 will be issued on 4th Nov.
Frans Eemil Sillanpää This special coin features Sillanpää wearing his characteristic skullcap.
It is the same image used on Mint of Finland's silver commemorative coin launched in tribute to Sillanpää in January.

Each coin features a landmark.  Which two landmarks (of the eight) are the closest to each other?
To help players this suggestion is offered:

First, name the landmarks and locations, then look at a map to see which two landmarks are the closest.
For example: in Rheinland-Palatinate, the landmark is Porta Nigra located in Trier.
