Andorra is yet to issue regular euro coins but has announced its first commem coin on 30 years of Radio Andorra, to be issued in Oct Nov
Few days he knew the reason for the first commemorative 2-euro coin would issue Andorra, but had a commitment to the person who told me, does not make it public.  Eat just been released second, I'll introduce myself.
Andorra has already released in this first year of membership in the euro, with a commemorative 2-euro coin that dedicated to commemorate "30 years of the end of the broadcasts of Radio Andorra."  Currency to be issued between October and November, and will have a maximum volume of 500,000 units issue.

The town of Torzhok was incorporated into the Grand Duchy of Moscow with the rest of the Novgorod Republic in 1478. The Polish army frequently ravaged it during the Time of Troubles. During the imperial period, Torzhok was known as an important post station on the highway from Moscow to St. Petersburg.  A number of famous people passed through Torzhok. There is a museum dedicated to one of them in the town.  Name this famous citizen.

WBCC Quiz Game Prize

Austria has issued a series of Bi-metallic 25 Euro coins with a core of Niobium.  Niobium metal exhibits a rather novel
characteristic that allows oxidation in predictable colors.  Austria has utilized this characteristic to produce colored Euro
coins since 2003.  There have been three issues using the same color.  Name the color and the years of issue.

This question was fraught with controversy since the very popular Austrian color of blue was used in various shades and
hues from light blue to a turquoise color.  In fact, the most recent coin issued in 2014 is colored blue and green. 
As a result, all contestants were given credit for this question. 
The winner was Thierry Defaix as randomly selected.
