Krasnodar Krai and Stavropol Krai in the south, and the Republic of Kalmykia in the east. It is within the Russian Southern Federal District.

WBCC Quiz Game Prize
A Bi-metallic prize will be awarded each month. The player who has the most correct answers in a month will be the winner.
If there is a tie, a random drawing will be conducted to select a winner. The March prize is a Bi-metallic 2 Dollars of Canada or other suitable coin.

Name four and the body of water under the bridge.

There are countries with monarchs as head of the state. They do not have bimetallic coins as yet. They are completely surrounded by countries having bimetallic coins. Name at least 2 of these non-bimetallic countries.
Swaziland and Liechtenstein. There were other non Bi-metallic countries with kings but were partially surrounded by water.
