Mexico issued a Bi-metallic 100 Pesos in 2004 that honors the State of Sinaloa.  Sinaloa is located in the western part of Mexico on the Gulf of California. 
At one time the capitol and now a major seaport city of Sinaloa is Mazatlán which was settled not only by Spanish immigrants but by immigrants from Germany. 
What is the name of German influenced music of Sinaloa?

WBCC Quiz Game Prize
A Bi-metallic prize will be awarded each month. The player who has the most correct answers in a month will be the winner.  If there is a tie, a random drawing will be conducted to select a winner.  The April prize is a Bi-metallic 2 Dollars of Canada or other suitable coin.

Name four and the body of water under the bridge.

There are countries with monarchs as head of the state.  They do not have bimetallic coins as yet.  They are completely surrounded by countries having bimetallic coins.  Name at least 2 of these non-bimetallic countries.
Swaziland and Liechtenstein.  There were other non Bi-metallic countries with kings but were partially surrounded by water.
