The State of Jalisco was honored on a 2004 Bi-metallic 100 Pesos.  The State Coat of Arms is the featured image on this coin. 
A colored version is shown below and contains a green ellipse above two lions. 
This green area is shown more clearly on the coin.  What is it?

WBCC Quiz Game Prize

A Bi-metallic prize will be awarded each month. The player who has the most correct answers in a month will be the winner. 
If there is a tie, a random drawing will be conducted to select a winner.  The September prize is a Bi-metallic 2 Dollars of Canada or other suitable coin.
