Welcome to the “Information for Participants” section of the Bimetals Collectors Conference website! Here you will find all the information you need to successfully participate in the conference, including registration, accommodation, transportation and important dates.

To participate in the conference, you must register in advance. Registration includes filling out an online form, paying the registration fee and confirming your registration. The registration fee depends on the date of registration and the type of ticket.

We cooperate with several hotels to provide participants with comfortable accommodation. The hotels are located near the conference venue, and participants can choose the option that best suits their needs in terms of price and conditions.

The conference venue can be reached by various means of transportation. The nearest airport is 20 km away, and a shuttle service is available. The main railway station is 5 km away and can be reached by taxi or public transport. There are also buses and trolleybuses from different parts of the city to the conference venue.

How to register:

  • Online registration: Go to the Contacts section and fill out the online form;
  • Payment of the registration fee: Pay the registration fee in a way convenient for you (credit card, bank transfer, etc.);
  • Registration confirmation: After payment, you will receive an email with registration confirmation and a ticket to the conference.
